JYCX European jaw crusher is an efficient and high-quality jaw crusher developed and manufactured by Shanghai Jianye Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. This machine draws on advanced technology and experience both domestically and internationally, and is designed specifically to meet the demand of the European market for efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly crushing equipment.
The European version jaw crusher features a compact structure, with the Frame as the base frame. Inside, it is equipped with the Fixed Jaw Plate and the movable Movable Jaw Plate, which form a crushing chamber; the inner side of the chamber is fitted with the Upper Lining Plate and Lower Lining Plate. The Eccentric Shaft serves as the core transmission component, driving the Movable Jaw Plate to operate at a specific Movable jaw frequency for crushing, with a Flywheel mounted on one side to ensure stable operation. Externally, power is supplied by the Motor (installed on the Motor Bracket), supplemented by the Adjustment Device for discharge adjustment, the Spring and Tension Rod for stability assurance, and the Toggle Plate for power transmission—all components work together to achieve efficient crushing.
Application Areas
How it works
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which swing the moving jaw up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw pushes the moving jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or chopped. When the moving jaw and the moving jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the crusher jaw periodically crushes and discharges materials, achieving mass production.
