Detailed Introduction:
Impact mobile crushing station is a kind of vehicle-mounted crusher, and the impact crusher and vibrating screen are mounted on the movable ship frame, which can crush and vibrating screen the materials not larger than 350mm, and can process the aggregates or products in accordance with the standard.

The mobile crushing station adopts a modular integrated structure, with a high-strength mobile frame as the basic carrier. It mainly consists of five key components: first, a crushing main unit compatible with jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers and other types, which processes different materials on demand; second, a supporting vibrating screening device that realizes material classification and screens back coarse materials for re-crushing; third, a tire or crawler-type travel system to meet the transfer needs of different scenarios; fourth, a power control unit with diesel power or external power supply, which drives the equipment to operate and conducts real-time regulation; fifth, feeding and conveying components, where a vibrating feeder feeds materials evenly and a belt conveyor transfers raw materials, crushed materials and finished products. All modules work together to achieve integrated operations of crushing, screening and conveying, with a compact and flexible structure.

Application Areas

How it works

The materials are evenly transported to the main crusher for preliminary crushing through the feeder, and then pass through the round vibrating screen to form a closed-circuit system to realise the circulating crushing of materials, and the finished materials are output by the conveyor to carry out the continuous crushing operation. The round vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production needs, to achieve the preliminary crushing of materials directly, and other crushing equipment supporting the use of convenient and flexible operation.
