It can be flexibly combined and matched in different applications, reducing operating costs and improving equipment utilisation. The design process closely follows the dust point and sets up water mist spraying system to reduce the dust emission.

Jianye Mobile Crusher is a crushing equipment which uses the impact energy to crush materials. When the materials enter the plate hammer action area from the hopper under the action of gravity, they are impacted by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, so that the crushed materials are crushed by the high-speed impact with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then they are thrown to the unique impact plate mounted on the top of the rotor to be crushed, and then they are bounced back to the impact area by the plate hammer from the impacting lining plate to be counter-attacked again. The material is crushed repeatedly in the crushing chamber until the material is crushed to the required size, and discharged from the discharge port at the lower part of the machine. The crushed product is almost cubic, with low content of needles and flakes, and almost no internal cracks.

How it works
The materials are evenly transported to the main crusher for preliminary crushing through the feeder, and then pass through the round vibrating screen to form a closed-circuit system to realise the circulating crushing of materials, and the finished materials are output by the conveyor to carry out the continuous crushing operation. The round vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production needs, to achieve the preliminary crushing of materials directly, and other crushing equipment supporting the use of convenient and flexible operation.
